Oops. Need to return something?
At Ellabeau, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. In other words, your T-shirt doesn't exist until you decide it should.
Because each item is printed on demand, we kindly ask that you check the sizing information before ordering. We love confidence. Guessing your size is less confident.
Ordered the Wrong Size? Changed Your Mind? Had a Dramatic Change of Heart?
No problem.
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is:
Unworn
Unused
In its original condition
Free from stains, damage, pet hair, mysterious smells, and evidence of surviving a festival
Please contact us before sending anything back.
A few boring but important bits:
Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service because postal adventures are difficult to investigate.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or we've somehow sent you something completely different, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Before returning anything, send us:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
Once we've reviewed everything, we'll provide return instructions if required.
If the fault is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Because if it's our mistake, we'll make it right.
Returns Address
Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Our return address may vary depending on the product and where it was fulfilled. We'll provide the correct return address once your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll let you know the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to stop taking their sweet time.
