We Don't Believe In Sad T-Shirts Sitting In Warehouses
Every Ellabeau item is made to order.
That means your T-shirt is printed after you place your order rather than sitting in a warehouse collecting dust and questioning its life choices.
Making products to order helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and ensures every item is created specifically for the person who ordered it.
In short: better for the planet and much less awkward for the T-shirt.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days.
Occasionally, production may take a little longer during busy periods, holidays, new product launches, or when everyone suddenly decides they need a new favourite T-shirt at the same time.

Local Production
Whenever possible, UK and US orders are produced locally.
This helps reduce delivery times, lowers unnecessary shipping distances, and means your order doesn't have to travel halfway around the world before arriving at your door.
Your T-shirt likes adventures, but even it has limits.

Christmas Orders
Planning to gift someone a little chaos this Christmas?
We recommend placing Christmas orders before 9th December to give them the best chance of arriving before the big day.
While we work hard to get orders out quickly, production teams and delivery carriers become extremely busy during the festive season.
Santa has elves.
We have coffee.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided whenever available once your order has been produced and dispatched.
Delivery Delays
Sometimes delivery carriers experience delays that are outside our control.
Weather happens.
Traffic happens.
Technology occasionally decides it's had enough.
